and that would be the 99%. The poor and the middle class... people dying of cancer due to pollution. Anyone homeless because they had a heart attack or other illness in the family... anyone who lost their jobs and still is trying to support a family on unemployment... anyone who is paying for cat food to eat or paying bloated co-pays to insurance companies who are trying to find a way to drop them...people falling for loan scams...people paying unfair bank fees and people paying over 3 dollars at the gas pump.

WEALTH CREATORS!!

Why not use that??

That's what we are... all of us.

And unlike "job creators"

We actually DID create their wealth.

McCain Falsely Claims All ‘Military People’ Support Large U.S. Troop Presence In Iraq Past 2011

Various media outlets reported last week that the Obama administration plans on keeping only 3,000 troops in Iraq past 2011. While top officials denied that a decision has been made, and the Iraqis have yet to agree to any U.S. troop presence in to 2012, the Iraq war cheerleaders came out swinging, calling the reported decision a “boon to the Iranians,” and a “political decision being managed out of the Chicago campaign headquarters.”

Sens. John McCain (R-AZ), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), and Joe Lieberman (I-CT) piled on, saying in a statement that 3,000 troops is “dramatically lower” than what military leaders had told them they want.

Oh Geezzz.... Lieberman is STILL getting people to listen to him??? Holy Crap!

I was going to talk about McCain here but he's just a angry old senile former soldier who still thinks we should kick ass overseas..

Military Leaders told Joe Lieberman that our armies should stay in the middle East??

HERSHEY, Pa. -- A nondisease-causing virus kills human breast cancer cells in the laboratory, creating opportunities for potential new cancer therapies, according to Penn State College of Medicine researchers who tested the virus on three different breast cancer types that represent the multiple stages of breast cancer development.

Adeno-associated virus type 2 (AAV2) is a virus that regularly infects humans but causes no disease. Past studies by the same researchers show that it promotes tumor cell death in cervical cancer cells infected with human papillomavirus. Researchers used an unaltered, naturally occurring version of AAV2 on human breast cancer cells.

PREDICTION: you will never hear of this again in your lifetime.

This "too big to fail" bank may collapse like a house made of junk bonds and become a taxpayer burden. Here are a few other reasons why you shouldn't bank with them.

I have a friend who used to be a branch manager.

He told me long ago that Bank of America is not interested in handling accounts for the "little people". He told me the local smaller banks are great for average middle class people and even many of the bigger banks are too... but he said Bank Of America wants to cater to businesses and rich people. He told me that they actually are relieved when some guy (like me) that keeps his account at 0 between paycheck to paycheck closes their account. They even take steps to push them to do that.

It's a shame because I've been with them through 5 different company changes and buyouts and have had the same account since 1978. Plus I LOVE the ATM banking where you don't have to deal with lines and rude tellers.

But I think I'm headed for a credit union and a smaller bank to do the bulk of my banking.

Perhaps I'll keep all three but just keep BoA if the account remains truly free.

Here are my steps.

As you can see... the bricks have all come loose on the right side and they are now very dangerous.

Maybe by me working on my steps it would indeed save lives.

I will take your advice and give it a try and hire a guy to repair them as soon as I get some money.

Atheists' Billboard Falsely Attributes Quote To Thomas Jefferson

The sign, paid for by atheist group Backyard Skeptics, includes a quote about Christianity attributed to Thomas Jefferson. But further research reveals there's no solid evidence that Jefferson ever uttered or wrote the words, the Orange County Register first reported.

The billboard includes a picture of Jefferson with the quote: "I do not find in Christianity one redeeming feature. It is founded on fables and mythology."

Experts at the Jefferson Library Collection at Monticello are constantly asked about the quote, the Orange County Register reports. Some say the former president wrote the words in a letter to a Dr. Wood, but officials cannot find trace of any correspondence to a person by that name.

So I made an account on Huffpost...and Joeliberal was already taken...so this new guy "JoeinJersey" said in a comment:

Air pollution tied to lung cancer in non-smokers

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – People who have never smoked, but who live in areas with higher air pollution levels, are roughly 20 percent more likely to die from lung cancer than people who live with cleaner air, researchers conclude in a new study.

Message from one of many Kansas "Job Creators" who would probably have to spend less on champagne at the annual Board of Directors Christmas party if they had to pay for more emission controls asked for by the EPA.

"Joe the Plumber" announces run for Congress

(Reuters) - Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher, the Ohio man who as "Joe the Plumber" famously pressed then-presidential candidate Barack Obama on tax policy in 2008, said on Tuesday he was running for Congress.

Wurzelbacher said he would run as a Republican candidate for the House of Representatives in Ohio's 9th Congressional District, which includes the city of Toledo.

So the guy that lied about his name...lied about his occupation....lied about his income to America to try to fool people into voting to make it so rich people pay less taxes is running for office...

Yeah...he'll be a perfect fit.

Hillary Clinton Fares Better Than Obama In Matchups Against GOP Frontrunners: Poll

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton performs better than President Barack Obama in a speculative matchup against frontrunning GOP presidential contenders, a new poll from Time finds.

The poll, released as part of a series for the magazine's latest cover story, which features Clinton, shows Obama's 2008 rival leading Romney by 17 points, Cain by 22 and Perry by 26 in a hypothetical competition. Obama leads Romney by 3 points and both Cain and Perry by 12 in the same poll.

This is no surprise.

People think she'd make a better President

In a way it's kinda true... but only to a point.

Hillary's only baggage is her last name. That's all the right wing can personally attack her for.

She would definitely fight back a lot more because she wouldn't campaign on the platform of "Lets all work together as Americans and make things better together" like Obama has. Anyone surprised at Obama not fighting the Republicans did not listen to anything he's said since 2004. He may be a whimp but what his actions have been shouldn't surprise anyone. When he said over and over... "There's no red or blue states... there's the United States".. what do you think he meant??

Anyway...Hillary would fight back and yes there would be some limited positives that would come from that.

BUT..

She'd also be fighting a Congress that would do anything to make sure she fails....just like they're doing now. So although she'd fight more than Obama...and although she'd have a bit more success with the backbone of her own party... she would have the same problems with procedure that Obama is having..... don't underestimate a small number of people if they have the correct amount of numbers being able to stall the entire country if its technically legal.

 

That said.. If she ran against Obama in a primary....I'd vote for her

And Obama would REALLY make an amazing Sec of State.

They really would both be better reversing jobs.

So.....

Wow.. I was gone for months again.... and as I said in the last issue...It has been mostly because of my heroin addicted pseudo adopted son friend junky person and his legal problems....I have pretty much been to court or some other government place with him at least once or twice every week for 3 months

for the background of this situation...please read this first.

ADDICT UPDATE

He's now been arrested a TOTAL of NINE times. in 3 years. He has spent ZERO days in jail. They give him fine after fine... send him out onto the street with probation over and over. He now has 3 thousand dollars in fines to pay... he has no money...He has three years of probation...which im pretty sure just like last time... he'll get some cool probation officer who will see him one time and say "Stay out of trouble" and never see him again. He'll have a record which means getting a job will be much harder than even now when people cant find jobs..... He lost his drivers liscence....and now has to pay them all kinds of fines and surcharges on top of everything else.... He has one more court date....for "arrest #9" which like arrests 1-8 is nothing but a non-violent possession charge of bags of dope and a needle. That will add 1000 dollars more in fines which he can't pay ...and probably more probation And through all this.... not one cop... not one prosecutor... not one public defender.... not one probation officer.... not one judge.... NOBODY... ...has uttered the words "REHAB"...."DETOX"... or "HELP" He's the county's cash cow... they just don't realize he's not going to pay out. Nobody has said... "What is the cause of this kid's addiction?" Nobody has pushed him to see a doctor or psychiatrist (except me) Nobody has found him numbers of rehabs and detox centers.... (except me) None of these county employees has even considered for ONE SECOND setting him up with a social worker. The fact is..HE WANTS TO QUIT. more than anyone wants him to. The only things stopping him from quitting right now is 1- his horrible addiction itself 2- horrible depression which gets unbearable when he's not high 3- he has lost every front tooth except one and many bottom teeth...mostly all broken off at the gum-line and he's in great pain. He has no dental insurance (obviously) and will require oral surgery to pull just about every tooth left in his mouth. at 23 he's going to need a full set of dentures. He chews in one small section of his mouth because of the great pain he's in and that has now caused a new pain called TMJ which is a serious jaw condition. JOE LIBERAL HEROIN FACTOID If any users are reading this ... here's a tip that may save you up to 100,000 dollars when you finally get clean... I know it's hard to do when you don't care about anything but YOU GOTTA BRUSH YOUR TEETH!! MORE THAN NON-USERS... Heroin use causes lack of caring about stuff...which means lack of hygiene. Brushing teeth is one of those things you start not doing... Heroin use also causes a craving for sweet stuff...lots of soda...lots of sugary foods.... Heroin use dries up the saliva in your mouth so that your teeth lose the protection that other people have from having saliva. It's a big difference when you're eating and drinking all that crap and not brushing. My friend had a smile you could see from the space shuttle....and now just 3 years later,,, he's got ONE tooth left in his smile...and every other tooth has cracked off leaving a rotting black and yellow mess at his gum-line.   So the problem is ...if he even DOES go to detox...right around the first day without his drugs...his mouth and jaw will hurt so much he'll go out a window to get pain killers... SO we came up with a plan.... TWO STEPS.. First step - take care of the teeth... at a free dental clinic in a renown hospital in NJ which will probably pull his teeth and set him up with dentures....That will end his mouth pain and give him back some self esteem about opening his mount in front of people again. Second step - detox followed by outpatient rehab while living in an onsite halfway house for as long as it takes. It's probably going to be 12-step horseshit but if he's committed to quitting ...he'll do it on his own and being in a place where his durtbag friends can't get to him is better than doing it here in my house. Even if the religious cult takes the credit for it. ---- Soooo.... off we went for "step one"......in August.. We walked into the Hospital Dental Clinic.... They said..."what do you want....a tooth pulled?" he said "uhhh...yeah....I guess.... I need a dentist" They gave him an appointment for 10/27. This past Friday. Almost three months later...for someone with a toothache in almost every tooth.... So Friday was the big day... I helped him write down all kinds of questions to ask the dentist....about dentures... possible getting everything done at once while under general anesthesia...about hospital stays....about special considerations for users and drug interactions...etc... And we went there and he walked in and.......... EIGHT HOURS LATER he walked out holding his mouth and here is the text of the conversation we had.... Me- what happened...what did they do? Him - He pulled one tooth Me- one tooth? Him - yeah..on the bottom... way in the back Me - what about the other ones? Him - He said they all have to come out and said to just keep coming back Me- What? Everyone is bad? nothing can be saved? Me- What about doing everything with general anesthesia? Me - did he give you Novocain? Him - He asked if i was a "doper" then gave me much less Novocain as normal. Him - He said just come back when you want another one pulled. Me- What about doing everything with General anesthesia? Him - He didn't say anything about that Me - did you ASK him about that? Him - No. we didn't really talk much. He just asked which tooth did I want pulled. Him - he was really pretty arrogant. Me - Arrogant? how? What did he say about your jaw pain? Him - He asked me if i had insurance and didn't even stay in the room for an answer he just laughed and walked out. Me - What did he say about jaw pain. Him - I really didn't even think to say anything. Me - oh. Me - So he said there was not one tooth that was able to be saved or left in your mouth? Him - I don't know. Me - oh Him - That hurt tho... not as much as my arm when I had the infection but this hurt tho. Me- Did he give you a prescription for anything? Him - no Me - oh Me - no antibiotics? did he say if anything was infected? Him - no. I didn't ask..i figured if anything was infected he'd have told me Me - oh. Me - Did you ask about dentures? Him - no Me - oh Me - When is your next appointment? Him - I have to make one when I want the next tooth pulled. Me - and you didn't make one when you were in there? Him - no Me- oh. Needless to say... four months later....we're now at step ONE again.   Sigh... It must be nice to be the 1%

Call For A Strike of American Small Businesses Against The Movement for Global Socialism

Resolved that: Our President, the Democrats-Socialists, most of the media, and most of those from Hollywood, have now encouraged and supported "Occupy" demonstrations in our streets, which are now being perpetrated across the globe, and which are being populated by various marxists, socialists and even communists, and are protesting against business, private property ownership and capitalism, something I thought I'd never see in my country, in my lifetime.

I, an American small business owner, part of the class that produces the vast majority of real, wealth producing jobs in this country, hereby resolve that I will not hire a single person until this war against business and my country is stopped.

I hereby declare that my job creation potential is now ceased.

how many jobs did this "job creator" create the entire 12 years that she's had the Bush tax cuts "for job creators to stimulate job creation" which Obama kept in place?

I would probably guess the answer is the same number as how many she'll hire during her "job creation strike".
